1. Who we are

2. What we collect

If you hold an account

Identity and contact details you give us when applying — name, email address, messenger handles, company details and country.
Information about your traffic — sources, geos and volumes you describe in your application.
Payment details you enter for payouts, and the invoices generated against your approved conversions.
Account security data — password hashes, two-factor secrets and registered passkeys. We never see your password or passkey private key.
Session and device records for logins, used to show you active sessions and detect account compromise.

If you click a tracking link

IP address, user agent, device, operating system, platform and referring URL.
The click identifier we generate, the offer and affiliate involved, and timestamps.
Derived data such as country and whether the click was scored as suspicious.
Conversion events reported back to us by the advertiser against a click identifier.

3. Tracking and cookies

Our redirect and postback infrastructure exists to attribute a conversion to the click that produced it. That attribution is the service. It relies on click identifiers passed in URLs and, where an advertiser’s flow requires it, cookies set on our tracking domains.

On this website we use only what is necessary to serve the site, plus any consent-managed analytics you agree to in the cookie banner. Declining non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to browse or apply.

4. Why we process it

To perform our contract with you — running your account, attributing conversions, calculating and paying commission.
Legitimate interests — preventing fraud and invalid traffic, securing accounts, and improving the platform.
Legal obligation — tax, accounting and anti-fraud record keeping.
Consent — for non-essential cookies and any marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time.

Advertisers receive the click identifier and the data needed to validate a conversion. They do not receive your account or payment details.
Affiliates receive conversion notifications for their own traffic only.
Service providers — hosting, email delivery, payment rails and fraud tooling — process data on our instructions.
Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell personal data.

6. How long we keep it

Click and conversion records are retained for as long as they may be needed to settle a payment dispute or meet accounting obligations. Account records are kept for the life of the account and for the period afterwards required by [APPLICABLE TAX PERIOD]. Invalid-click records are kept to improve fraud detection.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. 8. International transfers

9. Security

Traffic to the site, the panel and our tracking domains is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored hashed. Accounts support two-factor authentication and hardware passkeys, and we strongly recommend enabling one of them, since your account holds a payable balance.

10. Age restriction

This network operates adult offers and is strictly for users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
