1. Acceptance

By applying for an account, accessing the affiliate panel or sending traffic to any link we issue, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old. This network carries adult offers.
• One account per person or company. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances withheld pending investigation.
• The information in your application must be accurate, and you must keep it current.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication or a passkey.

3. Approval and offer access

Applications are reviewed manually and may be declined without a stated reason. Approval is for the network, not for every offer — individual offers are opened by your manager based on your traffic, and some carry advertiser-imposed restrictions on geo, device or traffic source.

4. Traffic rules

The following are prohibited across all offers unless explicitly approved in writing by your manager:

• Bot, emulated, datacentre or otherwise non-human traffic.
• Incentivised traffic, forced clicks, and any flow that misrepresents what the user is signing up for.
• Cookie stuffing, iframe stuffing, click injection, and any form of attribution manipulation.
• Bidding on advertiser trademarks, or presenting yourself as the advertiser.
• Unsolicited email or SMS, and any traffic that breaches the applicable anti-spam law.
• Adult creatives served into geos or placements where they are not permitted, and any content involving or appearing to involve minors.
• Malware, forced redirects, and any technique that takes control of the user’s device.

Individual offers carry their own restrictions, shown in the panel. Those restrictions form part of these terms for that offer.

5. Tracking and validation

Our tracking is the system of record for attribution and payment. Where your own tracker disagrees with ours, ours governs, but we will trace any click on request — redirect, landing, goal fire and postback are all logged with timestamps.

Conversions are provisional until validated. Advertisers may reject conversions within their validation window, and offers may pause automatically on reaching a cap.

6. Payouts and payment

• Balances are held and settled in USD.
• Payment methods available are PayPal, wire transfer, cryptocurrency, Payoneer and Wise.
• Payment terms, minimum payout threshold and payment frequency are agreed with your affiliate manager when your account is approved and are recorded on your account.
• You are responsible for supplying correct payment details, and for any tax arising on amounts we pay you.
• Fees charged by your chosen payment rail are borne by you unless agreed otherwise.

7. Reversals and fraud

We may reverse conversions that an advertiser rejects, that our invalid-click scoring flags, or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent. Where fraud is established we may withhold the affected balance, close the account, and recover amounts already paid.

8. Referral programme

Referring another affiliate earns you 5% of their revenue, credited to your balance automatically. Self-referrals and referrals of accounts you control do not qualify. We may vary or end the programme on notice, without affecting commission already earned.

9. Creatives and intellectual property

Creatives supplied through the panel remain the property of the advertiser and may be used only to promote the offer they belong to, unmodified unless modification is permitted. The RealCpaNetwork name, logo and platform remain ours.

10. Confidentiality

Payouts, caps, advertiser identities and offer terms are confidential. Do not publish them, including in public forums or chat groups.

11. Suspension and termination

Either party may close the account at any time. We may suspend an account immediately where we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms. On termination without breach, validated balances are paid on the normal cycle. Where termination follows established fraud, outstanding balances may be withheld.

12. Liability

The platform is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect and consequential loss, including lost profits and lost campaigns, and our total liability is limited to the commission payable to you in the [LIABILITY PERIOD] preceding the claim.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified in the panel or by email, and continuing to send traffic after they take effect constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
